Prof. Dr. Davor J. Korčok is an expert with over 20 years of experience in the field of pharmacy, possessing extensive knowledge in development, management, and quality assurance. He holds a PhD in technical and technological sciences, with a specialization in industrial pharmacy and food technology.
Throughout his career, he has held executive positions in several pharmaceutical companies, where he successfully contributed to the development of numerous products—many of which have earned widespread user trust and become leaders in their categories.
His expertise in quality and regulatory standards is recognized not only in Serbia and the region but also internationally, as evidenced by numerous awards and recognitions.
He completed the most prestigious European business school in London in 2009 and is a certified international auditor for quality standard series (EUROCERT, Athens). As a technical expert, he has participated in the evaluation of numerous projects and quality systems within the EU.
He is the author and co-author of more than 40 scientific and professional papers, three professional books, and a reviewer of numerous manuscripts. He has led international projects that connected science and industry, with a focus on innovation and sustainable development.
For the past 14 years, his particular area of interest has been the development engineering and stability of probiotic pharmaceutical products. He has delivered numerous lectures on this topic across European countries and has received international awards for best research at global congresses in London and Ukraine.
He has received multiple prestigious recognitions, including:
- The Captain Miša Anastasijević Order for contributions to the development of the Serbian economy.
- The National Award for Quality Improvement in the Republic of Serbia.
- The First Prize of the Serbian Business Association
- The Captain Miša Anastasijević Order for the most successful regional director
The Cultural and Educational Community of the Republic of Serbia has included him among the 750 most successful individuals from the Mačva District in the past three centuries.
